What's this all about?
Adorn Milk was created by modern art+design online magazine Design Milk Founder Jaime Derringer. Wherever she went, she always received compliments on her jewelry, followed by the question "Where can I buy it?". Taking her passion to the next level, she launched Adorn Milk for like-minded people to discover unique, architectural jewelry designs from around the world and support the young and emerging designers who create them.

What's up with your ring sizes?
All of our ring sizes are US. If you would like specific measurements for a piece beyond what is noted in the description, simply shoot us an email. Please, PLEASE measure your finger before ordering a ring, as many of our rings are made to order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged if they do not fit properly. Please note that larger rings may require a slightly larger size.
Where do you ship to?
We are currently only shipping to the US and Canada. We hope to ship worldwide soon!
What shipping methods are available?
Most orders ship USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. Some orders may ship via another postal service, depending on where in the world it ships from, as some of the items may ship directly from the designers. Most orders will have a tracking number, which will be provided to you after your order has been shipped.
Adorn Milk is not responsible for duties and taxes on shipments to Canada.

When will I receive my order?
We think the best things in life are worth waiting for. Some of the jewelry is made to order and in this case, the product descriptions will include lead time. We are a very small team and take extra special care with each order we receive, so please be patient so we can ensure your order arrives safely to you.
Shipping time will vary depending on where you are located. Some items are shipped directly from the designers.
Why did I only get part of my order?
Some products are made to order by the designer and therefore shipped directly from the designer. Since certain handmade items may take a few weeks to make and others do not, we want to get you the readily available products sooner, so you can start wearing them.
Can I cancel my order?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your purchase.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We will accept exchanges for most items that are damaged, do not fit as described, or when the wrong size has been sent. PLEASE measure your finger and make sure that you order the correct ring size, as we do not offer exchanges for incorrect ring sizes. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns and exchanges.
However, some items are not returnable and are final sale. These items are clearly marked in the description.
Returned items MUST be in original condition and in its original packaging, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise. Please email email@example.com to notify us of your desire to make a return or an exchange within 14 days of your purchase so we can provide you with the necessary Authorization Number.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If there is damage to the item as a result of shipping, please document it with your camera immediately when it arrives so that we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Send these photos to firstname.lastname@example.org right away along with your order number and we will take it from there.
